The Aviation Indoctrination Training Program for AELP Language Trainers is designed to help the language trainers to understand the language use, objectives of language training & testing, developing training curriculum, effective delivery and follow the Standards and Recommended Practices in Aviation English Language Training.

The Aviation Indoctrination Training Program for Language Trainers is a 25-hour instructor led online live interactive training program.

The training shall be delivered by the Accountable Manager and a Training Certificate shall be issued by Aviacons, on successful completion of training.
