As a Ground School Training Instructor specializing in pilot training, your primary role is to prepare students for their journey into the skies by providing comprehensive theoretical knowledge and practical insights.
JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Curriculum Delivery:
Deliver high-quality instruction in various subjects pertinent to aviation, including Air Navigation, Air Regulations, Aircraft Systems, Aviation Meteorology, and Principles of Flight. Ensure that students grasp complex concepts through engaging teaching methodologies and interactive sessions.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- CPL/ ATPL Licence holders (Foreign or Indian) with prior teaching experience OR
- Retired Navigators/ Pilots from Defence Services OR
- B.Tech/ M.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering
DESIRABLE
- In-depth knowledge of aviation subjects, regulations, and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
