The Instrument Rating is an added qualification endorsed on Commercial Pilot Licence which is a mandatory qualification to be eligible to apply for airline jobs. The objective of Instrument Rating Course is to train a student pilot to fly an airplane using onboard and ground-based instruments to fly and navigate the aircraft from one place to another in all weather conditions.
The flight training is delivered by experienced flight instructors well versed with Part FCL requirements, EASA regulations and Indian DGCA Pilot Training requirements. The stage checks and progress checks are carried out by approved senior flight instructors and designated examiners who have trained and assessed hundreds of student Pilots.
During this phase of the training, the student will be flying in simulated Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) in a controlled airspace regulated by different Air Traffic Service Units in a Surveillance Radar environment.
