To become a Pilot, You must undergo Theoretical Knowledge Training Classes (Ground Classes) and Practical Training (Flight Training) as prescribed by DGCA India.

On successful completion of the training, you can apply for Commercial Pilot Licence.

Minimum educational qualification to enroll for Pilot Training course is  pass in Class 10+2 (or equivalent) with Maths & Physics as compulsory subjects.  You can pursue CPL course after graduation as well.  

Don’t worry.  You can register with National Institute of Open School (NIOS) or any other open school approved by DGCA, pass the equivalent examinations to be eligible to undergo Pilot Training course. You can also do CPL Ground Classes and equivalency course simultaneously.  This will save time.

YES. You must get at least Class II medical assessment from DGCA empaneled medical examiners before you can start your Pilot Training course. Subsequently you must get your Class I medical assessment before you apply for your Pilot Licence.

You can start your Pilot training course once you are at least 17 years old. However, you will be eligible to apply and will be issued with Pilot Licence only after attaining the age of 18 years.

NO. It is not mandatory to complete graduation to become a Pilot. However, one can choose to start Pilot Training Course after completing graduation course.

Ideally the entire course can be completed in 16 to 18 months.

CPL Ground School or DGCA CPL Ground Classes are the theory classes which will prepare you pass CPL Examinations. It is important to acquire the subject knowledge and clear CPL examinations before you start their flight training. This is an important aspect of Pilot Training Course. When you complete the Ground Classes and clear CPL examinations, the Flight Training becomes lot easier and faster.

The CPL Ground Classes Course will take approximately 16 to 18 weeks. During Ground Classes course, we will help you with all the DGCA document formalities such as Computer Number etc.

You have to pass a total of 7 examinations.

Air Regulations, Air Navigation, Aviation Meteorology, Technical General are the four main examinations. There are 2 technical specific examinations for the type of aircraft you choose to get trained on for your flight training. These exams are conducted by DGCA.

You also have to pass RTR Licence examination (conducted by Wireless Planning Commission (WPC) India to obtain your Certificate of Proficiency – Radio Telephony (Restricted) – COP-RTR.

The Flight Training Course can be completed in approximately 10 – 12 months.

The course fee for Pilot Training can vary anywhere between 35 – 50 Lacs. The course fee will be primarily dependent on quality of training, facilities provided, lodging & boarding arrangements, type of aircraft used for flight training, airport where the training is imparted and many other factors. It is important to ask for detailed pricing and inclusions, before taking admission in any flight training academy. Send us an email requesting for detailed course fee.

YES. You can pay the fee in installments. Most flight schools collect the course fee at fixed intervals. But our schedule of instalments is based on training milestones.

Yes. All leading banks recognise Pilot Training Course as a professional course and provide education loans. Usually, banks fund up to 80% of course fee.

We induct 3 batches every year and the course commencement date announced on all our social media platforms as well as on our website. We also have a WhatsApp group to share the information.  You can follow us on our social media pages, visit website regularly or even email us or join our WhatsApp group to get the updates from us regularly.

You can visit our institute on all weekdays between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm with your educational certificates, medical assessment, Passport/AADHAR Card, 02 recent passport photographs and submit admission application form in person.

You can also fill in online application form available on our website and send scanned copies of all your documents through email.

NO. There is no admission or entrance examination. However, you will appear a personal assessment interview at the time of admission. Post which the admission letter will be issued.

Is there any registration fee or enrolment fee?

YES. You should pay Rs. 25,000/- as registration fee at the time of admission. The registration fee will be adjusted in the course fee subsequently.

Yes. In fact, we recommend all to visit our Academy, see the facilities for yourself, interact with students and faculty, have all your questions answered. Once you are satisfied, then only you should start the admission process. Contact our Course Counsellor and schedule a visit.
